The 18th December 2002 six villages in the north of Chiang Mai and the
University made a very unusual festival to honor Mr. Ignace Sere (Khun Chio) and
gave him the PhD in Sciences. The speech of Wipada Krisnamis, student and member
of the University senate is good enough to resume the emotion of that moment.
